MY ORDERS

No, registration on the Website is optional. Creating an account, however, makes future purchases easier and faster because it keeps track of them and saves you from having to re-enter your details.
At the bottom of each product description you will find the “Size Guide” button, where you can consult the table to purchase the size that suits you best. Should the product still be uncomfortable to wear, you can request a return.

If you purchase from Italy, shipping costs are free for orders over €60. For orders below that amount the costs will be € 9.99. If you buy from EU countries, shipping is free for orders over €149. For orders below that amount the costs will be € 14.99.
You can check the progress of your order at any time by logging in into your private area (you will still receive an update email at each shipping stage). The statuses that an order passes through are as follows: Processing: the order is being processed in our warehouse. In shipment: it means that the goods have been entrusted to our courier; the average delivery time in Italy is 24-48 working hours, except in cases of force majeure. Outside Italy delivery times depend on the destination, please contact us for more information. Delivered: the courier to whom the shipment was entrusted has confirmed to us that the order has been correctly delivered.
Once we have entrusted your order to the courier, you will receive an email with all the instructions for tracking it.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Yes, within 14 days after shipment delivery, for any reason. You will bear the return shipping costs. Visit our Returns and Exchanges page or email servizioclienti@madiva.it for more information.
The amount spent on the purchased product is fully refunded via the payment channel originally selected. When we receive your parcel, we will verify that the returned items are intact and within 7 days of receiving your parcel, we will issue a refund or ship the new items, if it is an exchange.

PAYMENT AND DATA SECURITY

You can pay conveniently via one of the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express circuits) PayPal, Cash on Delivery (with an additional charge of 6 euros), Bank Transfer (you will be able to see the bank details when selecting the payment option). When paying by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal, the amount of your order will be debited upon confirmation of the order. All on-line credit card transactions will be processed through a secure connection managed by an external payment system provider partner.

VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS

You can purchase our Gift Card. You can find all the relevant information here.
If you hold a Gift Card, you can enter the code at checkout to redeem your gift.
If you hold a promotional code, you can enter it in your Cart before clicking “Proceed to Checkout”: just type it into the appropriate field and click “Apply”.
